Driving Records Search

There are may ways to look up your driving record. There are over 50 solid sources. Most of them require some sort of payment.

There are many rumors going around that there is a service that lets you look them up 100% free. We would like to hear some feedback about this.

Anyways - here are a few sources that we have used before. Good luck with all your research.

PS: If any of you have any questions about driving records feel free to ask.

I would start by checking out Los Angles County Superior Court's Index of Defendants in Criminal Cases , $4.75 per search fee. Need to register.

Most states will question why you want the driving records of an individual. If they department feels it's a legitimate reason, for a fee they will provide them for you.

I have found that most states will only release information to LEO or licensed PIs

I went to my counties [/b]clerk of circuit court[/b] site. They have a
[/b]search records[/b] tab. Opens a new window with all the records options. It has [/b]guest search[/b] option. It gave me my report from Pinellas and Hillsborough county; both a part of the Greater Tampa Bay Area. This went back 9 years. Each entry had every detail from ticket begining, through court and payments, and when every thing was satisfied/closed by court. Hope this works in other states and counties.

is there any possible way to find out if your license has been suspended or if there are warrant on you without paying:?

If you want to know information about yourself then just call the magistrate office and ask them if a warrant has been issued in your name. Call the DMV and give them your drivers license number and ask them about your license. You will be surprised the information you can get if you will just ask. Wink
