Does anyone know how you learn the actual DRIVER of a fleet or company-leased vehicle? The driver has been parking in my lone (paid for by me) spot on weekends, so I don't really want to have to contact the police if I can take care of it myself. A note on the windshield hasn't worked and I just want to give them a call. I have the company information of the car (it's leased through wheels.com), but that's about all I was able to learn from a plate search. I've read through the other license plate questions on this forum, but this one still eludes me.

Thanks in advance!
