When I started my first job as a DoD Civilian, I was assigned to the most difficult supervisor in the building. She ran a tight ship and allowed little room for errors. Her group had the highest production with the least amount of errors. Anytime I went to her with a problem, she would ask "Who told you that?" or "show me that in writing." I began to hate that woman. LOL! However, I soon became "the regulation girl" everyone came to me with questions abt. DoD regs., Union Regs. etc. It actualy paid off in the long run. I was reminded of this while reading an article on about.com called "knowledge is power" With that being said, I am posting the link that
lists Information and resources about United States Military Publications, including official publications such as regulations and unofficial publications such as military-related magazines and newspapers and DOD Directives Other service's regulations and manuals are in the sub-categories. I hope you find it useful. If you have problems with the link, just go to http://www.about.com
and search for United States Military Publications and Regulations.
