I need to find my brother-in-law .. he is in the Missouri area. He has been using my husbands name .. the only way we found out was my husband has been pulled over and they tried to arrest him for something his brother did and used his name.. this has been going on for some time Seems we go to try to clear it up and they tell us he can use any name he wants .. We would like to press charges but don't know how to find him so we can..we have not been in touch with him for quite a few years...Can you gigve me any suggestions please..any help will be apprecated.
