How do I find court records on a case that might be sealed. Im the victom of molestation. I found my offender but for some reason he is not registered as an offender nor can i find the court records on the case. I know he spent six months in jail on a work release program because he worked for the govrement. At the time of the court procedings and his jail time I was locked up for 10 months for being unrully. The case happend in green co. ohio around 1991 or 1992. I also know that are names were with held from the papers.
Do you know exactly what crime he was convicted and sentenced for or if he was ever a registered s-e-x offender?
Was your court record search online or in person?
As per you post this occurred in 1991-92. For most offenders and juvenile delinquents, the duty to register lasts for 10 years. (Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 2950.07(B)(3))

I'm not sure if the records will still be available, but try www.searchsystems.net and choose your state, county and court records. You will need his full name, the case number or date of birth to research. You also may have to pay the 4.95 for a one month pass in order to access the information.
