I am looking to find a marriage certificate in Toronto Canada. How do I go about that?

I think you should contact the office where the marriage was held or the person who was the witness of that marriage.

If you are unsure of where the marriage was held I have additional information that you may find helpful. Births, deaths and marriages are recorded by the province through the Office of the Registrar General. In Toronto you would want to contact Ontario certificates, licences and registration services.
