I am doing some research on Fowey, Cornwall, England during WW2. I have names of some U.S. navy servicemen, one of which is a common name in the U.S. and searches so far have given me hundreds of matches. Would like to Locate this person only to know what they did here in Fowey at the Advanced Amphibious Base set up here October 1943. I have been doing this research for the last 8 years on & off and only have one last name to trace. Any help on this research Would be greatly recieved Thank's.
