Public Records Of Gold Claims

My father recently passed away, I remember our family owning a Gold Claim in Tuoleme county. I am interested in looking for records of the claim, and if I might possibly reopen the claim. Can you guys help me with this??? Thanks Confused

THAT'S A NEW ONE ON ME I DO BELIEVE IT FALLS UNDER THE DEPT OF INTERIOR BUT I AM NOT SURE ..WHAT WOULD /SHOULD & COULD BE YOUR BEST RESOURCE & PRIORITY IF IT IS/WAS MENTIONED IN THE WILL'S FINAL ACCOUNTING OF YOUR FATHERS ASSETS WHICH IS THE LAW!
