How to prove a bug (evesdropping)

Knowing for sure that I have a bug I want to prove and to trace it
I think the direction might be a kind of frequency scanner?
I might be broadcast on a certain radio frequency, an echo can be heard so I have a cavity bug too (by the word cavity I mean rooms space bug)

Of course there is a paradox here because If I go to a technician to trace the bug those who make the eavesdropping will come earlier to threat him and prevent him from helping

I take into consideration that there might be a shielding or screening at the house preventing this detection (means that i cannot hear myself on my radio even if i listen on the right radio frequency) but I think the odds are low because I have metal bars at my windows and the eavesdropping still continue

You will need a "professional sweep", there is no other way.

I am trying to evaluate the threat and wondering if you are involved in some type of money deals or something illegal? Of course, I do realize that you don't have to be doing something illegal to be bugged. However, using past experience I have found that if someone is going to go through the trouble and expense to listen to your conversations in your home or place of business you must know something of value to the party who planted the bug. So, do you know any information of that much value to someone? Have you made anyone angry or been recently involved in an affair with a woman/man? If your answer is no to these questions you may just be paranoid.

Since you insist you know you are bugged; have you done a self telephone sweep? You can do this by checking your phone wires and looking for recording devices attached to the phone lines under your house and up in the attic. Check the garage, outside telephone interface and the telephone junction box for taps and unusual wires. If the FBI or U.S. Customs may have tapped you with a warrant chances are you won't find it because they do it through the telephone company.

You think the bug is a concealed transmitter type based on what you say. If so, and it was done by someone other than the government or law enforcement chances are you can find it with your eyes and a screwdriver. Check all of your electrical devices such as outlets. Again, look everywhere including crawlspaces and attics. The microphone / transmitter could be very small and concealed as a normal household item so look good. Plan to spend a good part of your day doing this!!

Also, as justlogic mentioned there are professional countermeasure sweep agencies that will charge you anywhere from $250-$1,000 to use there equipment and check for you. Best of luck!!

Do you agree that it is still a paradox because , whenever i call for a
sweeper , the entities that make the evesdropping will be there before me

Maybe you have tips for the frequency scanner or other facilities that might help?
