When I paid for this, I was under the impression that I would be able to search all public records worldwide, probably because it says that.
Anyway, how do I do a free (I've wasted too much money on sites already) background check on one person in Canada and the same person in Germany?
HELP! URGENT!

u.s criminal records are fee based but if you only have one

i need to find an ex fiance and dear friend in PENNSYLVANIA immediately. i came back to CA for Christmas then one night after perfectly normal phone call i never heard from him again. finally i contacted one of his friends and was told he was killed.thing is i may know who did it... i have a life in CA again but can't just let my old friend go if i could be of help. I'm going to try to investigate on it myself if you can give me sites that give all the info i would need without fees or instructions for the deep or hidden web I'd be so grateful. please reply
