These are true stories about some true cases that have effected me but more importantly it deals with my work which although is an innate part of me is much bigger than me,this site case,money,fame or glory! As it impacts and can impact so many lives! I have knowledge and facts about many unique cases from the many letters I have received literally from around the world! from my contributions on "this" website! There are many people out there who have placed trust in my work and are relying on me for justice...As I said: "Justice is something everyone talks about..But not many actually do anything about it!" I have tried in my own way through my work "&" occupations to genuinely help people and get justice...But I feel I need justice myself for my work! It is so very hard doing it alone! As I said I have enough stuff to fill up the whole 6'Oclock news! But I am not looking for publicity...Just for publicity I guess that's part of the problem as difficult as it is with the time and expense and lack of being supported by a department,firm or agency I don't/won't sell out!

** This case I have been working on involving the shooting death of the Forensic/Criminal Justice Grad. student will make national news as what I uncovered will rock the CJ/Forensic community to it's core!

I have a reader /member who was arrested in Phoenix for following instructions from the Secret Service! (I talked to them and can prove it!) He actually thwarted one of the biggest nationwide scammers but yet can't defend himself because he has what I know is COPD!! and I have to talk to the papers!

Another reader/member has been giving me Intelligence to give ICE from Nairobi and I have over a Dozen Possible Taliban members who are living in Texas!!! DOES ANYONE CARE??? ALL THESE PUNDITS ON T.V. SAY THEY DO....HAVE THEM TALK TO ME!!
I JUST CAN'T DO IT ALONE!

I have been asked to share with you so please bare with me as this is an ongoing work in progress...BUT SINCE MANY HAVE EMANATED FROM OR AS A RESULT OF MY WORK AND EXPOSURE ON THIS SITE! As many of you know I have been investigating professionally since I was 18 as soon as I became legal! This after having over 3000 Hours of Didactic, practical: Education & training in all aspects of Criminal Justice & Law Enforcement including several hundred hours of actual "On the Job" training as a Police cadet and sworn in as a special Police officer a couple of weeks shy of my 18 birthday! which I parlayed into landing a job working the streets of New York & even Mexico City as an actual Detective! In retrospect almost 30 years later I can't believe how ridiculously young I was!
I say that this is a gift because when I was in 4th grade I broke the standardized testing record for the school at H.S Grad./College entrance reading & vocabulary "comprehension" and when I entered Holy Cross I scored in the top 1 or 2% in the whole country where they said I have a propensity for investigating and should follow a career in Law....But anyway between 4th grade and H.S. my life was very tumultuous I lived alone with my mother who developed a severe drinking problem and I would rush home from school! to find my mother in various degrees of dysfunction/debilitation and various "men" whom I would attempt to "Bum toss" I was always a big kid ,but not yet big enough..often getting a split lip,a tear in my uniform,ringing in my ears or mouth full of dirt from getting tossed myself! This was where I first applied my investigative savvy- I would ransack their glove boxes and visors get the vehicle reg. I began going to the library and using the "old" cross reference/reverse city directories...I would call wives, neighbors, relatives! wow!! what a reaction! I learned a hell of a lot about human nature...The hard way! I was a big kid at 10/11 I was already well over 5 feet and 150lbs! which isn't huge but big I soon was able to see which bums showed fear,guilt or "pleasure" in confronting a kid trying to protect his mother!
I saw grown men WWII vets crying tears of rage! I learned an awful lot that the last year before I was taken in by my iconic wealthy,widowed strict Great Aunt ...It helped make me the man I became if any thing else I learned the power of utilizing intelligence, and perhaps not what a man was supposed to be but I learned what a man should never be!
I don't like to talk much about those days but it reminds or reinforces my resolve in times of doubt as it reiterates "how good my investigative skills were and have even gotten so much better with age!

For almost 2 years I banged out about a hundred cases this at ground zero during the PUNK & PREPPIE ERA Which I often played the role and banged out all types of cases for many different agencies,people and corporations "Old school" Often following a Mover,shaker or player in to the city on the train into Grand Central or 125th st up in Harlem...Going to a Town hall in R.I. or D.M.V. in Jersey or Library in Mass. Dog Kennel in Ct. or Police Precinct in N.Y. On a wide variety of assignments,Child abductions,abuse,neglect, espionage, burglaries and thefts of all kinds! a Runaway in Boston or a Corporate spy in Manhattan, Robbery in Ct. Day in and out! Swiping peoples garbage, setting off fake fire/burglar alarms or getting a suspect drunk or stoned! (not that I would really admit that!) I gave it all up when I started dating a girl my own age and got her pregnant her mother told her to get an abortion or get out! She got out and I married her and schlepped around from job to job : A security supervisor, Minor League baseball promoter,telemarketer, painter, factory machinist, store detective, construction laborer,bounty hunter, and finally nurses aide till I again used my training and landed a job working E.M.S. which I loved! so I took some classes at night school and got certified and was selected for training for my city EMS service So at 21 married with a son and a daughter on the way! They busted my chops about my unique background ...In fact they down right dogged me and worked me hard but made me into a Hard Core "Street Medic" I soon was offered a Pier Diem spot for one of the most elite EMS units in the state Which lead me to being offered a position as the #3rd shift paramedic supervisor and instructor for this medium sized cities Hospital based 911 emergency services where in between calls or for OT we could and would work as instructors for a variety of classes and subjects on a wide variety of subjects from Haz Mat, to Crime Scene ,Crisis and all topics of emergency management, We also were cross trained and worked as : "Lab","Psychiatric", and "Autopsy Technicians" I also had the privilege of working as the hospital's Photographer (Documenting unique & new medical procedures!) I was 25 when my best partner best friend & "big brother"John (Now a Cop in Tuscon) and I along with our wives were at a fund raiser for one of the suburban Vol. Fire/Rescue squads At the table next to us was an E.R. Nurse from another neighboring hospital and her husband who was said to be the Chief States Attorneys Detective & P.I. I couldn't help but introduce my self He asked me to Lunch and with in a week I was sworn in as an officer of the court and was issued a set of business cards as an official "Forensic Investigator" I was 25! my first solo case was defending the only Black Cop in a city of about 60K w/ a 20% minority population He was Terminated based on testimony from drug dealers and Crack addicts (Continued)

I RECEIVED AN E MAIL FROM THE MOTHER OF THE MAN IN MY HOMETOWN WHO WAS IS MISSING and through whom I first met THE DIRECTOR and where the local publisher of a city weekly (Again in my Hometown)

I went to to do a "Serpico" about my angst and frustration in the states unique D.O.C.! HE was obsessed with the case and asked me to do /use my resources to do some peripheral background work into some of the suspects it was here where /when I first digested the whole case as I finally explained to this kids mother! here is what I wrote her!

J: K is the director of The National Forensic Science Technology Center (NFSTC). When J asked me to do the backgrounds on M etal and I began to digest the information/History of Billy's case....When Billy went missing and this case was unfolding I was going through a very tumultuous period and had not really followed the story closely However when I applied what I knew to what I heard about the case I had questions (I am proud to say and happy to admit that being a Good Investigator /Detective is not all ways about having the right answers but knowing the right questions and who to ask!!!)
So as I was saying- I called the NFSTC! and asked to speak to Kevin I told his secretary who I was and when she asked where?? "I said: 411 Forensics" to my surprise Kevin took the call and was taken back that he actually was familiar with my work!

I told him of the case which he was also familiar with , and he concurred on this being an ideal case for GPR "Ground Penetrating Radar" and added that at a minimum they should be using DNA core samples ..In any event he suggested and referred me to Necro Search with whom I contacted But was a little sketchy about who had jurisdiction (In my haste to absorb and digest the case I overlooked the political spin!) so I told the necro search guy to contact J and THE CHIEF! I called J several times that day to try and get a definitive answer and to tell him the good news!!! (I also called private/industrial-commercial GPR companies and got estimates) Any way be that as it may I spoke to Kevin on a few occasions and when I called for some direction with this case...I mentioned that I spoke with you (And I thought I gave you his number??) or e mailed him yours??
But I mentioned the barrel idea to him And he said: "He didn't think it mattered and was surprised that it has not been used!!

The fact of the matter is this: When I told this reporter/publisher about contacting NFTC and Necro Search he flipped the Fargin Scrip...He put me on Ice!

Since He was the first person I really reached out to (Aside from Watch Man!)
It cut like a Knife especially since I was right!
this was April of 2008...Later in August it was on breaking 6 o clock news that a search was again under way for the body wait till I tell u about that!!

I received an e mail from the wife of a "Metro-Dade" fire fighter paramedic/EMT who "exemplifying the responsibility of what it takes to be a dad back around 1982 /3 while dealing with the stress & work load of what I know was the "blood, guts, & mayhem" of the real deal "Scarface" days that swept your area in the early 80's!

His 1st wife could not bear a natural child, so they decided to adopt. Perhaps I imagine on what he was exposed to (the 1st wave of crack babies & the fact that there were so many "black kids & not many black families to give a good home to them), he as real true blue compassionate & principled street medic & hero fire fighter, in spite of the marriage falling apart during the process he went through with the adoption!

He was divorced a year later and ever since for over 20 years! This "hard working" man of faith who never did anything in his life other than "the right thing" has been paying $1000 a month w/o missing a payment! Even though the boy who is now a 28 y/o man! He is still forced to pay due to the ex.-wife's contesting that the child is disabled and unable to work! This humble and weary exhausted & resigned that pushing 60 is working almost 10 years past his retirement and is putting in for a special 5 year extended duty.

The kid who lives in Georgia and the firefighter when served with a stipulation that was going to require his ongoing payments when the estranged child reached adulthood paid a lawyer 16k and lost! (I asked but have yet to receive the paperwork).

As being trained & well practiced in "active listening" I truly could "feel his pain" over the phone line. The weary sense of defeat was so tenable! He was/is also is raising a grand child! He is concerned about the boy's well being as it is apparent and he wants to prove she (the ex) is guilty of abuse by impairing his development! Although I did not find a drivers license under his name, he did apply for S.S.I. & was denied. I found a proud photo of his graduation from H.S and hundreds of daily web posts! This showed he is he capable of performing work.

The fact that he has no job or driver license by no means negates the fact that he has all the basic capabilities, skills, and aptitude so he can work a decent living wage job! He can work/perform a job and:
1) Communicate effectively.
2) Receive/comprehend and correctly follow written instructions!
3) Correct, replace, and install computer hardware, software and offer constructive advice!

As I explained I was a C.T.O., a specially trained /skilled educated correction officer that worked in prisons, jails, community field offices, and on the street. I was trained "in "cognitive" methodology/psychology, behavior modification & reasoning & criminology/D.O.C. administrative directives, substance abuse, active listening & other clinical skills to classify, profile, identify, along with my extensive E.M.S. mechanism of injury etc. I integrate all of it in conjunction with my extensive investigative & paralegal skills and law enforcement training!

The ex is guilty of "cruelty" by "developmentally" impairing him through manipulating and inhibiting him from utilizing his skills & abilities! For God's sake I traced several e-mails directly to him! This clearly shows any reasonable person that he’s a proud high school graduate! His literacy clearly demonstrates the ability to ask an intelligent/relevant question. He has the ability to follow written directions. He is able to understand & solve technical problems & tasks! In fact he is very adept at/with computers offering advice & has described & is apparently capable of installing computer hardware, soft ware & performing maintenance tasks!!

This is why I want to find an Occupational Therapist to write a certified evaluation for /in kind for a favor from me or a firefighter/paramedic! In kind "pro bono" for a man who exemplified the responsibility & dedication one endures when they become a father!
This is needed to prove to the court once & for all w/o a doubt the injustice and "cruel" malicious intent and an immediate "cease" & "desist" of the monthly garnishment!

Hopefully he’ll get reparations for the last 7-10 years and the help for the kid his father wanted!
