I know the laws for the adoption, but Getting the adoption records has been a huge hassle for me.. All I want is MY biological mothers name so that I can search for my half sisters.. But they wont tell me it without her consent.. I should be able to find it on the birth certificate.. But a site I signed up for claims there isnt one for me..
just looking for my half sisters/ was adopted and need to figure how to find them, done everything, but either way I stay optimistic.. with a coke and smile
