court records

Postby louise1 » Sat Feb 23, 2008 8:46 pm

My daughter recieved a letter in the mail from an attorney soliciting her business for representation in a "criminal matter". She doesn't live here and won't tell me what's up. I need to find out what she's involved in so i can help her. I joined one online gov. search database but it was not helpful- didn't even show another offense that should have popped up. i don't want to waste any more money on useless sights. It is for the state of arkansas- any tips?
thanks

louise1, welcome to Detective forums.

It depends on how much time and effort you're willing to spend researching public records. If you have the "gift of gab" try calling the attorney or check court records.

You may want to use the forum search tool and read prior post.

Good luck
