i want my military record why is it so hard to get any information what am i doing wrong

to my knowledge millitary records are availiable by request
Most likely not on line The govt has a system set up for the timely dist of records according to the info needed Some veterans that are looking for a loan need the info quickly They know that and will try to provide the info fast Also please enter the forums for more info
