I have a judgment collection business. To obtain prospects I have to go down to a courthouse and manually go through tones of files to get names of the Judgment Creditor (winner) then contact them to see if they need help collecting their Judgment. Is there any way I can use the internet to get names and addresses of winners without having their name yet? I don't have any names until I look through the files. Maybe "all civil judgment cases for February 2007" for example? And where would I look to get this info?

There are several places on the internet that allow you to search civil judgement databases for free. One would be Internet Civil Judgement Registry.
http://www.judgmentregistry.com/ Information on the case and the defendants name can be found if it is registered with the site.
Without having names other sources will generally charge you to locate the information. You are more than likely doing it the easiest way already. Thanks!!
