Hi Lissa. I think cell phones are a hard nut to crack even if the number wasn't spoofed, if it's a track phone etc. I don't think it's going anywhere. The sites that claim to have information on any cell phone are unreliable to say the very least. You can try Google white pages etc see what comes up,you may have tried that already. You can also try blocking the call if this is a nuisance type call etc and force them to use some other number you could possibly check.
