I worked as Risk investigator in one of the electronic billing company here in U.S. We have a lot of applicant from india. Is there anyone from you guys here that can give me the best site that i need to visit to check the legitimacy of their company or even court records?, Criminal etc?[/b]

I don't think you should give away your years of experience and wisdom for free. I don't know what the going rate for your type of services are but I do know they don't come cheap. Maybe you can provide your service at a more reasonable rate than the standard and not allow yourself to be taken advantage of.

Just a thought.....

I dont need to broadcast my resume here just to prove to you who I'am. But just to give you a little bit of Idea, afterall you are questioning my username. Your experienced are good but like you I have a lot of experienced too. I have finished Bachelor of Science in Criminoloy and Luckily passed the board exam. 10 years in a service as a Police officer with the rank of Captain, I'm Just 35 years old and AWOL. If you already defused five (5) improvised explosive device. Six (6) encounters with the terrorist, with atleast 850 plus students that you have taught for anti terrorism and once awarded a heroism medal. Then I salute you!!

Hey Lawman!

Wanna expose a corrupt police department and jail?

I can give you an example right now!

Arresting a man for a nonexistant handgun and detaining him for a week instead of the standard 48 hours when no charges were filed against him.
Arresting him based on a false police report without searching his home or vehicle for such handgun to be used as evidence.
Allowing the man's wife and 2yo son to be physically threatened by the people who filed the false police report.

A jailer that will give a prisoner a can of soup in exchange for beating that prisoner with a PVC pipe.
Holding a commisary slip for several days so the prisoner cannot get food to eat because " they don't have time to get it".
Arranging fights for the entertainment of jail staff

Welcome to Detective forums. I see you have a military background, reading your post and background brought back some old memories. Last Memorial Day my family shadowed boxed my long forgotten military memorabilia for my office. Thank you for your service.

To hopefully answer your question, a comprehensive background check includes restricted information. You’re not going to legally find restricted information on online information/ detective/ investigational sites regardless what they claim. Don’t waste your money; for the most part you receive public information likely outdated.

Depending on volume and budget I recommend subscribing to a commercial data broker (not one of the $39 internet sites) or purchase the information from someone who has access to this information. Google commercial data brokers also take a look at LexisNexis/choicepoint.

I see you opened a line of communication with lawmanconfidential, you may want to give him a call.

I agree. Here's another comment found on Snopes by an associate law professor at Virginia's George Mason University not an Australian dentist as was rumored. Titled "What is an American: As I understand it, it is free to distribute on the web. However if there is a problem I will delete it.

You probably missed it in the rush of news last week, but there was actually a report that someone in Pakistan had published in a newspaper an offer of a reward to anyone who killed an American, any American.

So an Australian dentist wrote the following to let everyone know what an American is, so they would know when they found one:

But, in doing so you would just be killing yourself. Because Americans are not a particular people from a particular place. They are the embodiment of the human spirit of freedom. Everyone who holds to that spirit, everywhere, is an American.

HEY NICE THOUGHTS!
But realistically I have a pension that will/should covers all my basic necessity's and if I apply my trade for the people who can afford it ,will even be able to afford some of life's luxuries! Not to mention I only have to pay 3$ for generic & 6$ for any & as many my Physician prescribes! and for each visit just went up from a 5$ to a !0$ Copay! I get a 3% raise every year! too
But at 46 my life expectancy from working in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice is like 60! I haven't B**ch slapped any terrorists But I take pride in never hesitating to climb into an overturned car! Always being proactive by never tolerating punks,predators,Abusive,Assaultive,violent people
came to the aide of an Officer, Crime Victim, or any other person in distress! on duty or off !
Don't tolerate, empower ,or ignore BULLY'S,RUDE,CRUDE,IGNORANT,PUNKS,POSERS (Which does not mean always confronting, A PHONE CALL SAYING SOME GUY CARRYING A KNIFE WITH HIS WINKY EXPOSED AND A PLATE# MIGHT BE ENOUGH!)

Correctional Officers (CO's) have the second highest mortality rate of any occupation.
33.5% of all assaults in prisons and jails are committed by inmates against staff.
A CO's 58th birthday, on average, is their last.
A CO will be seriously assaulted at least twice in a 20 year career.
On average a CO will live only 18 months after retirement.
CO's have a 39% higher suicide rate than any other occupation,
CO’s have a 27% chance of latent homosexuality,
And have a higher divorce and substance abuse rates then the general population.
