I know somebody that they have the fraud marriage to get the Green card in US. They live in Alameda, CA . They married but they dont live together. THen is there anyway that i could report it and How do i do it?

I dont want them to know me. And what information do i need to tell them about the fraud marriage?
Make an anonymous call giving as much detail as possible. Use a pay phone if you can still find one in California. It seems as if public pay phone and corner mail boxes have disappeared in the Bay Area.
