I recently lost my baby sister and I now have her son to raise.
The problem is I want to get legal custody but in order to do that I have to have her ex-spouse sign a document absolving him of all parental rights. I found a document that my sister had sent to try and get child support from her ex-spouse and the return information said he could not provide child support due to the fact that he is incarcerated and will not be released until July 2010.
I have no idea what prison he is in, but I am desperate to find out where he is. How can I get this information?

Hi wheygirl. Below you will see two links, the frist is for state prisons and the second is for federal prisons. I deleted your other post as it is a duplicate of this one.
