all_ways_early, welcome to Detective Forums.
This is a free site where members can share information on how to access various types of public records and offer investigational tips / techniques. We offer no paid service, you apparently entered via another investigational site; I suggest you contact the site in question to resolve any issues or concerns.
In the meantime please read forum rules and feel free to ask your question, hopefully a member can point you in the right direction.

yes, I believe that is a misconception about public records search sites. You can purchase a lifetime membership, and the price you pay is a balance you can use to access all the reports available. The searches are usually reasonably priced considering all the public records are delivered instantly to your computer.
I would say keep digging around in the site you paid for. You should be able to access the info you need. If not, contact their customer support. |
