How can I find out if someone has or is taking the exams to become a U.S. citizen. Was married in Mexico to someone who lives in Wisconsin, but also was married and their child baptized in the U.S. Married over 5 years. So I am looking to see the mother's actual current status. Is this available to the public? Need help!

I have the same situation: I need to verify if an individual got her social security card via a marriage to a citizen. They were married about two years ago; she was from Mexicao; he now passed away; she now has a social security card. Need to verify how and when she got the social security card. Any suggestions?
