This roommate that I had was housed by me on the request of my ex (bad idea, I know!). I know the person had lost their job and run into money problems, but they were keeping afloat somehow with two new cars and expensive other purchases from their last job and they seemed quite well off. So I accepted this person.
Now, some 6 months after 'it' moved in and 2 months after they were evicted from my residence for not paying rent for the entire four months [!!!] I got mail from 4 creditors stating everything from bounced checks, cancelation of accounts due to over due charges, and repos on 'its' THREE cars, where'd this third one come from?
I know this because 'it' left some opened things whilst moving out and after I kept getting mail from the same credit companies. I know that 'it' is being looked for by a neighboring state (for missing a court appearance), car dealerships, banks, and ME. I filed a suit against him for the past due rent but I can't find 'it' to have the papers served! I can't find 'it' using multiple search engines (peoplefinder, google, whitepages, zaba, intelius, etc) BUT here's the info on them I DO know:
*Full name (including middle name)
*Birthdate
*Last KNOWN address (where they lived before moving in with me, now 'it' appears to be "couch surfing")
*2 old phone numbers (both cellular)
*Old (maybe current?) place of work
*Ex-girlfriend's (ended badly) full name and workplace
*The town 'its' parents live in
**Possibly the name of one of the parents
There's nothing more that could make me happier than having 'its' address to serve the papers to and give the address to the creditors he also owes! But I'm now at a loss as 'its' couch surfing... what do I do from here???
Help? |
