links to property assessment databases from around the country that allow you to search online, usually by owner name or property address, in order to find the assessed values of properties. You'll also find a few here for Canada and New Zealand.

I use this database (California) as a starting point to essentially determine if property is owner occupied or a rental by checking for a home owner exemption and billing addresses. I also check the type of deed and transfer date, in some cases a QUIT CLAIM DEED can indicate the owner has a Living Trust.

i have located the suspects, assesed their property
valuation, they stole my life savings, $61000. i have worked on it since march, i ak trying to see how much money they paid down on property, ihave their motgage company, i now have a police
case number after two years, suppose to be trucking partnership, they didn't file with attorney gen tx, trying to get irs report now. Razz
