Is there any way of accessing arrest records in La Paz County, AZ going back to 1987?

I agree with Gary’s suggestion as arrest records and court documents have been address in the past.

For clarification purposes, are you looking for a specific persons criminal record, criminal complaints/prosecution case files in possession of the Court or a Law Enforcement arrest log?

I am looking at a specific individual for which I have an actual date of the crime. Either law enforcement or court records or both...whatever would have specific details of the crime, e.g. the complainant, charges filed, would be useful...

You’re not going to find this information for free on line. Hopefully the below information will help, if you’re out of the area and unable to respond in person I suggest you call and touch base with La Paz County Clerk prior to sending payment.

The reason I suggest calling is I attempted to obtain info via email with negative results as of this writing.

Re- Law Enforcement files. I would not be too optimistic re easily obtaining 21 yr old closed police case files that are most likely warehoused gathering dust if they still exist. A call to the investigating agency’s records division supervisor will answer that question.
