I need to find jail records and/or bail bond records on a person in Maricopa County, Arizona. I was able to get a couple of the jail records from the jail but was told that if a person bonded out before a booking ticket was issued, there wouldn't be a record of incarceration...but shouldn't there be a record of bail bond? I went to Sheriff's office and was told only the person incarcerated could get their incarcerated records or they could be subpoened by another party. Any ideas anyone? Thanks,
