Jail records for criminal traffic and FTP in AZ

Just wanted to share with you that I finally found jail records in AZ for criminal traffic citations and/or arrest records for Failure to Pay a fine. This cite gives you the case number and some info on the citation..but you do have to call the Justice Court to get more details including incarcerations: http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/Docket/index.asp
Then you need to go to that Justice Court and they will print any info in the file for you (blacking out personal info like addresses, DL numbers, etc.) for 50 cents a copy. I had been told over the last year or so that the Justice Court could not make a print out of these records and finally found out that is not true! Smile

Thank you Lawman! I think I've found the criminal record (drugs) and most of the criminal citations on this person that I need but would be interested if your source shows any incarcerations. I have found 6 incarceration records but if there are more it would be helpful. I need these records for my grandaughter's child custody case. The Judge has said that if she can prove frequent incarceration he would rule in her favor. The child's father has 13 driving on a suspended license and 7 excessive speed tickets along with numerous minor violations. He also was arrested on a drug and drug paraphenalia charge, his 2nd one, but the 1st one is when he was underage and those records are sealed. Not a good situation for a child to be around and, at the present , he has equal shared parenting time. I realize that probably any records you may be able to get couldn't be used in Court...but I can do the footwork to get proof if I know there are more incarcerations for him.
