I'd like to find out if some rental property, outside of the county I reside in, has had a property lien attached to it. I just joined something that appeared to be able to supply that info and then turns out it doesn't. Thank you!

aferrell welcome to Detective forums.

Search the county recorder, clerk, or assessor’s office online. All you need is the name of the property owner, or its address. If your county does not have the data online, then call or visit the county recorder, clerk, or assessor’s office in person. Another option is contact a title company and have them check for liens.
