I have accepted a job that requires a secret clearance and of course that is contingent on a background and employment history. My question is how can I retrieve an accurate employment history? What can I do? I can't remember and have no records for many of the jobs.

The employment security commission in your state has an accurate history of your jobs more than likely. I would go to your local ESC office and see what you can find. Not to be rude, but it sounds like you have had many jobs. You may want to consider staying with one job for a while. It will look better on your resume. Wink Take Care and I hope this helps.
