Texas Prisons

Hello to everyone.
I'm new to this site and will have to feel my way though for a while at least.

I'm looking for information on Texas Prisons. Every thing I have check stops short of giving me the information in Texas. Other states are easier to come by, it seems.

I'd like to find out the types of prision's in Texas, the rules and regulations they have in them the type's of food they feed and all the medical information I can find out. How they respond to the inmates housed in the State of Texas concerning their health. I have heard some discouraging reports concerning these issues.

Any help in finding out how to go through the process in this forum would be greatly appreciated.
