have a friend going thru a divorce. she lives in AZ and he for the last 2 yrs lives in WA state.
she is useing his ss # to take out loans and credit cards. she is using the address of the home they both lived in so credit card co doesn't seem to believe it's not really him.
also she outright lied in the divorce papers that she filed naming a child as his with his last name
divorce is not final yet~ and they met when child was 2 and child is full latino (he is very very white)~ no way possible it's his.
how could he obtain copy of birth cert to prove it's not his?
and what to do about the ID theft? fraud?
any suggestions would be great.
